The world of Ragnarok is using Rune-Midgard (Legendary World in the North European) kingdom as its core. In order to present you the great world of Ragnarok Online, RO has used the 3D imaging that combines both Eastern and Western cultures. A 45 degree way of presentation enables players to choose the viewing angle that they prefer; in addition, there¡¦s a 360 degree of viewing angle in cities¡¦ maps as well as on the field, the buildings and sceneries in the Ragnarok Online have 3D effect.

Ragnarok is located in a strategic world, Rune - Midgard, the habitat of human beings. This world is divided into 3 main parts and is occupying by Mankind, God and Devil respectively. These 3 races will enter into the game gradually.
