GAME FLIER have always reminded players regarding the importance of keeping the ID and password safe to avoid unauthorized access by unknown person(s). Within our Game Agreement, GAME FLIER will not be liable for information leakage or damages on the user's own computer caused by hackers or compensate for the losses occurred. If a playerˇ¦s account was hacked and the virtual items in the account had been stolen, we would firstly suggest player to change their password or e-mail for safety reasons. In the next step, if the player reported to the Police and would like GAME FLIER to help in the investigation, players are required to follow our procedures every step of the way to process such case. The process may become lengthy and compensation will not be given for any lost of game play. We ask for playerˇ¦s patience during the investigation and to refrain from submitting additional enquiries. |
