Download Prize Redemption Form

• The accumulation of prizes will be calculated upon the completion of event. Leader of      the guild that has successfully conquered the MSRC castle has to download the      “Prize Redemption Form” from the official website of RO.

• The prize will be given to the Guild Leader according to the details submitted along
      with the Prize Redemption Form.

• Guild Leader has to attach a copy of his/her Identity Card (Please state “For Game
     Flier use only”), bank passbook that shows his/her details and account number      together with the Prize Redemption Form. After that, kindly fax back to us at
     03-80243766 (Attention to Game Flier Event Department) or mail (express mail) back      to us within three weeks (start from the day when winner list is announced).

• Game Flier will not interfere in the prize allocation among members as the cash prize      will be deposited into the bank account of the Guild Leader.

• The cash prize will be deposited into the Guild Leader’s bank account. Before that, our      customer service personnel will verify the registration details of Guild Leader for      security purpose. Therefore, we strongly suggest the Guild Leaders to change their      registration details to a valid one before the championship ends on 18th June 2005.

• We will contact the Guild Leader for final confirmation of the details after we have      received the Prize Redemption Form.

• Accounts’ details of the Guild Leader will be given to the Accounts Department for      depositing the cash prize into their accounts after 3-4 weeks from the day that the      winner list is announced.

• Game Flier will retain the winners’ details for future usage or reference.
