First Round: 28/03/2005 ~ 04/04/2005
Second Round: 04/04/2005 ~ 11/04/2005
Third Round: 11/04/2005 ~ 18/04/2005
Fourth Round: 18/04/2005 ~ 25/04/2005
Final Round: 25/04/2005 ~ 02/05/2005

Instructions:
1) You are required to decorate anything with "RO Sticker of Smile" in the most creative way.
2) Take a photo of your creation, and attach with the reason(s) of your motive or inspiration of your creation. (Less than 50 words)

For example: Poring is my virtual idol, Elva is my actual idol. I wish to be with them every second, minute, hour in my daily life and this is the reason why I decorate my PC with ‘RO Sticker of smile’.

3) Lastly, complete your personal and contact details, attached with your creative creation photo and a paragraph of the reason(s),
    and then send to us via e-mail or post.

Prizes:
1) 10 photos will be selected every week.
2) These photos will be posted at RO official website for voting.
3) 2 creations that obtain the most votes from players in each voting rounds will be rewarded a RO Monthly Card respectively and
     would be automatically qualified to enter into the final round.
4) In the final stage, ONE photo which has accumulated the most votes from RO players in the final round will be chosen as the
     ‘Perfect Creation’.

Rules & Regulations:
1) Offensive photos are strictly prohibited.
2) The organizer reserves the rights for the future use, edit and publish of all of the participating work submitted by contestants
     without prior notice.
3) The organizer reserves the right to make any amendment on the prizes given.
